Mrs. Griffin has a deep passion for all elements of teaching, learning, and education. She has been teaching in a wide variety of situations, working with multiple ages, children to adult, for over 24 years. If you ask her a question that relates to education, watch out! She gets pretty excited about the subject. She loves working with both the scholars and their parents, feeling so rewarded when she sees scholars feel confident in learning. In addition to time spent at Paradigm, she runs a private tutoring business focusing on whole brain learning and customized learning approaches. She has worked with about a 1000 children in improving their reading skills. When not at Paradigm, she loves spending time with her family which now includes an amazing husband of 18 months, 7 children, and 6 grandchildren. She enjoys reading, sewing, crafting, teaching self improvement classes with her husband, and learning new things. She has a bachelor's degree from BYU in general studies/family life.
